I made this shirt from Simplicity Pattern #5446 for my cousin Eric to wear at PVR 2007 with modifications to the neck opening and collar.  The original pattern has the collar and neck opening as seen on the Red Cotton Rendezvous Shirt.  Now both shirts belong to my dad (pictured above).
