Lime Green Baby QuiltThis is the quilt I made for my
niece, Lizzie, for Christmas '10. This was my first attempt at
making my own quilt binding and had to do it without a bias tape
maker, so the binding didn't turn out as nice as I might have wanted
it to. This is the largest quilt I've completed to date.
Although Liz didn't show any initial interest in the quilt once she
unwrapped it, when I tried to pick it from the middle of the floor
to fold it, she very sternly looked up at me and said "MINE!".
According to my sister, she hasn't let go of it since, so I'll take
that as approval.
