This gown is made from the Period Impressions 1809 Day Wear Pattern.  I made modifications to the bodice front, shortened the bodice back (in the brown, cream & Egyptian cotton dresses only), and lessened the amount of fabric used in the skirt.  I also substituted in a shortened version of the sleeve pattern piece from Simplicity Pattern #4055 (Style B).  The brown plaid gown was made for Shara and has a hand pleated back (rather than gathered).
