I designed this pattern from the Rocking Horse Farm High-Waisted Dress Pattern (with some modifications as always) as part of my merchandise line.  They are made from 100% cotton and come in three different sleeve lengths - short, medium & long (as seen here).  There is a matching ribbon for the waist and both the neck & waist openings are completely adjustable (draw-string).  These were the type of gowns wore by little girls during Jane Austen's day and look wonderful paired with a Straw Poke Bonnet.
