Here are some photos from Hartford Buckskinner Encampment 2007. Enjoy!
Here's a shot of my camp during the day (Tanner playing with a stick and some wax)...
... and a shot of the lodge at night (decided to leave the big Marquee at home since it was just me). This was the first time I set this wedge (Fall Creek Suttlery) and it worked great.
Time for the ladies fry pan toss!
Look who the target is, it's the booshway!
Mary's busy keeping shop.
Looks like Bonnie & Denny, better known as Mom & Dad (to all), have arrived.
Time to catch up with everyone.
A bit of relaxation around the fire. Hang on, where's the fire?
Xavier and Tanner manning their shop.
Time for the archery competition.
Looks like they were doing two man teams this year.
Mom & Dad came up for the day and enjoyed watching the Bull throwing competition.
Xavier tossing the Bull...
...and now it's his dad's turn. Nice form Jason!
Lots of people gave it a try, skinners and flatlanders alike!
Anybody for a carriage ride?
Xavier and Tanner enjoying the evening around the fire.
A little glimpse of what it is like "after hours" for all the flatlanders. The last one features a flute player.
See you next Rendezvous! |
