PVR 2008

Here is one photos from our eighth year of camping at the Prairie Villa Rendezvous.

We didn't sell this year, so sorry I was lazy and only got 3 pictures on film (or memory card really) before we tore down. Basically we shopped, cooked, ate and had tons of fun.

Here is the only dress I sold this year to Jodi and her daughter Donia. I had to take it up several inches so she will be able to wear it for quite a few years to come.

This is the new wall tent I purchased from Fall Creek Suttlery. With the dining fly, it worked out just perfect. Mom and I even found time to try our hand at pie baking in the dutch-oven. After cheating a bit with some charcoal briquettes to get a good base of coals (the wood was horribly wet), it worked wonderful, or at least that's what our guests said around mouthfuls of cherry pie and a strawberry-rhubarb cobbler type dessert Mom invented.
